Well it really depends. First and foremost, it is almost always cheaper fix your computer than to replace it. And we don't want to discourage you from getting a new computer; however, keep in mind, there are information and programs on your current computer that will not be on your new computer. We will always do everything possible to save your data. If it is at all possible to do so, then we will. Unlike some other computer companies, our policy is to save your data at all costs. Many other companies will simply erase your computer, and reset it back to the factory original state (without your data), without even getting your consent!! We are very strongly against this type of behavior, and are many times called upon, to try and retrieve data after such an event has occured using our Data Recovery Services. If while we are working on your computer, anything comes up that may represent a problem for your data you will be immediately contacted.
