Service Guarantee
All services are guaranteed to be performed timely and accurately. We will do everything
in our power to try and prevent a recurrance, however due to user error, equipment
failure, and other outside factors it is not always possible to 100% prevent all
problems from reoccurring.
Product Guarantee
All products sold seperately, or with a repair are guaranteed for 30 days.
Service Area
While we strive to service all of San Diego County, there are some areas that we
are unable to service at this time. At the bottom of this page is a list of most areas in San Diego. Please click on
one of those areas to see if we service all or part of it. Please check back regularly as this list is subject to change. If you don't see your area
on the list please contact us to see if we service your area.
Rates
All rates, including billing increments, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please check our
website frequently for the latest rate information.
Expedite / Emergency Fees
We pledge to always give you the first apointment available for your service needs,
however if you require service sooner than our next available appointment, we may
be able to accomodate your needs for an additional Expedite / Emergency fee. The
amount for this fee is posted in our rates section of this website and is subject
to change at any time without prior notice. Please check our website frequently
for the latest information about our emergency rates. This fee is to be charged
one time, per incident.
Cancelation Fee
Appointments, pickup times, and drop-off times may be canceled up to two hours before
their scheduled time. Appointments, pickup times, and drop-off times that are canceled
after the 2 hour deadline will be subject to a cancellation fee as listed on our rates page. This fee may
change at any time, please check this webpage for the most up-to-date cancellation
fee information.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
